Cooking Instructions

We offer a variety of ready made grab and go dishes and proteins, frozen options to be heated and served at home.

Frozen

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

Allow to thaw overnight in the fridge or dip the outside of the container in hot water for a few minutes. Pour into a pot with a quarter cup of water and heat to a gentle simmer for 25-30min.

Chicken, Beef, and Pork Bone Broth

Allow to thaw overnight in the fridge or dip the outside of the container in hot water for a few minutes. Pour into a pot and heat to a gentle simmer for 10 – 15min.

Meatballs Pomodoro

Easy to reheat in the unopened bag from frozen. Simply add to a pan of water and bring to a gentle simmer for 10min. Carefully lift out of the water, cut open the bag and add your favorite pasta or zoodles.

Bolognese Sauce

Easy to reheat in the unopened bag from frozen. Simply add to a pan of water and bring to a gentle simmer for 10min. Carefully lift out of the water, cut open the bag and add your favorite pasta or zoodles.

Pulled Pork

Reheat in the bag by bringing the unopened bag to a simmer for 10min or allow to thaw in the fridge, take the pulled pork out of the bag and simmer with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Chicken Tenders

Separate the frozen chicken tenders on a baking tray and pop into a 350° oven for 25min.

Fried Chicken Wings

Defrost the frozen chicken wings on a baking tray and pop into a 350° oven for 20-25min. They can also be reheated in an air fryer at 350° for 15min. Toss with your favorite sauce or dry seasoning.

Boudin

Simmer from frozen in the bag for approximately 20-25min until hot all the way through. You could also defrost and grill or roast, you just want to bring them up to temperature and cook the casing.

Red Beans & Sausage

Easy to reheat in the unopened bag from frozen. Simply add to a pan of water and bring to a gentle simmer for 15min. Carefully lift out of the water, cut open the bag and add steamed rice for a complete meal.

Beef Chili

Easy to reheat in the unopened bag from frozen. Simply add to a pan of water and bring to a gentle simmer for 15min. Carefully lift out of the water and portion into bowls with your favorite toppings.

Chicken Tenders

Separate the frozen chicken tenders on a baking tray and pop into a 350° oven for 25min. If you have an air fryer, it takes only 15min at 350°.

Cajun Chicken Pot Pie

Remove plastic packaging, pre-heat oven to 375. Add pot pie to a baking sheet and cook for 55 minutes at 375 degrees.

Beef Wellington Bites

Baked to perfection from frozen, the prime tenderloin is rosy pink and complemented by a rich mushroom duxelles.

Sausage Poufies

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and separate the frozen poufies on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for approximately 30-35min or until puffed and golden brown.

Jambalaya

Empty the jambalaya package into a medium-sized pot and bring it to a simmer. Add 1 cup of uncooked rice and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to low for 18-20 min. Tip: Garnish with green onion.

Deboned Stuffed Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°. Roast in foil-lined baking pan for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.

Buttermilk Biscuits

Cook from frozen! Preheat oven to 400°. Remove packaging and place biscuits on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25min. Wrap any remaining uncooked biscuits and keep in the freezer for later.

Twice Baked Potatoes

Cook from frozen! Preheat oven to 350°. Remove packaging and place potatoes skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet placed in the center of the oven. Bake for approximately 45min for a crisp skin and creamy interior.

Sides Made Easy

Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375°. Remove the plastic lid and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min or until warmed.

Broccoli & Rice au Gratin

Preheat oven to 375°. Remove the plastic lid and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min or until warmed.

Twice Baked Potatoes

Cook from frozen! Preheat oven to 350°. Remove packaging and place potatoes skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet placed in the center of the oven. Bake for approximately 45min for a crisp skin and creamy interior.

Seared Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 350°. Remove the plastic lid and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 min or until warmed through. The sprouts may need to be stirred gently after 10 min to ensure even heating.

Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375°. Remove the plastic lid and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min or until warmed.

Roasted Winter Vegetable Medley

375° for 25-30 minutes.

Ready Made Protein

Cajun Chicken Breast

This is fully cooked and can be eaten from the bag, sliced and put into wraps or diced on salads. To heat, place unopened bag in simmering water for 5min. Carefully open and enjoy.

Lemon Herb Chicken Breast

This is fully cooked and can be eaten from the bag, sliced and put into wraps or diced on salads. To heat, place unopened bag in simmering water for 5min. Carefully open and enjoy.

Pulled Smoked Chicken

Can be eaten straight from the fridge or the unopened package can be warmed in a pot of boiling water for 5min or until heated through. Be careful handling the package after removing it from boiling water.

Smoked Pork Tenderloin

This is fully cooked and can be eaten from the bag, sliced and added to charcuterie board, or diced and used in a stirfry. To heat, place unopened bag in simmering water for 5min. Carefully open and enjoy.

Whole Smoked Chicken

Preheat oven to 250°. Wrap chicken tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25min or until warmed through.

Protein Bowls

Ready to eat or a quick 90 seconds in the microwave.

Smoked Beef Tenderloin

Cooked to medium rare, vacuum sealed, and frozen. The tenderloin can be thawed overnight in the fridge, sliced, and enjoyed. If you'd like to serve the tenderloin warm, sous vide at 125° for 30 min, or out of the bag and heated in the oven at 250° for approximately 30 min or until the desired temperature has been reached.

Sweets & Treats

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Allow cookies to defrost on the counter while preheating the oven to 350°. Bake 12-15min, or to your preferred gooeyness.

Apple Tartes

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake the rosettes in their metal pan for approximately 30-35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Allow to cool for only a few minutes before using a spoon or small spatula to remove the individual tartes. If you wait too long and the caramel hardens, it will be difficult to remove the dessert from the pan. If any of the apple petals come out of place, you can easily push them into place with a spoon (be careful as the caramel is hot).
